Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Manager Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our housekeeping and laundry staff. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that our residents receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to housekeeping and laundry staff
  • Ensure that facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning and laundry procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
  • Ability to work around food and cleaning products
  • Must be able to live in the service area
