Carwash Director

Waterway Carwash is a renowned company in the Kansas City Area, hiring for its esteemed Manager Training and Development Program.

The target compensation for this role is approximately $50,000 in the first year, increasing to $61,167 by the third year. • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Lead by example, greet customers enthusiastically, identify needs, and sell car wash services, memberships, and other services.
• Manage Daily Operations: Coordinate store production through planning and execution, ensure accurate staffing, maintain high service standards, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
• Lead and Manage Employees: Provide daily direction and coaching, create positive work environments, develop employees, create employee schedules, and enforce policies and procedures.

A valid driver's license is required. At least two years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in retail or hospitality, or professional sales or military leadership experience is preferred. Availability to work a 45-hour schedule with weekends and holidays is necessary. English fluency is required for business-related purposes.

Extended standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, driving vehicles, reaching above and below shoulder level, and sustaining physical effort in various environmental conditions are necessary.
