Key Responsibilities:
As a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Rehabilitation Services department.
  • Coordinate and manage staff and clinical affiliates, including treatment plans and activity schedules.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as the development of innovative programs.
  • Train and evaluate the competency of both new and existing personnel.
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments and treatments as needed.
  • Support the Director in departmental management and undertake delegated responsibilities.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  1. A degree from an accredited physical therapy program (BA or BS).
  2. A minimum of three years of experience as a practicing physical therapist.
  3. Licensure by the Physical Therapy Board of the state.
  4. Current BCLS certification for healthcare providers upon hire.
