Position Overview
As a part-time Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, hiring, and onboarding top-tier caregivers in your community. This position requires a commitment to professionalism and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting: Collaborate with the team to identify potential caregiver candidates.
- Outreach: Engage in direct outreach through calls and develop job postings.

- Scheduling: Assist in managing caregiver-client schedules and maintain positive relationships.
