• Prepare Hot Choice Buffet offerings, including Carving and Display Cooking items, in accordance with Golden Corral recipes and guidelines.
• Grill all menu items to meet Golden Corral's quality standards.
• Ensure that all fried items are served fresh and hot.
• In the absence of the Buffet Attendant, restock items at the Display Cooking Station.
• Assist guests with carved meat selections if the Carver is unavailable.
• Adhere to the buffet production system to ensure quality and compliance with shelf life standards.

• Maintain proper cooking, holding, and serving temperatures for all products.
• Utilize the Hot Choice Buffet Production Guide and the Display Cooking Hot Cook Production Guide to manage inventory of hot cook items.
• Execute opening and closing administrative tasks.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained as per the Equipment Maintenance manual.
• Restock and rotate food items using the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method.
• Conduct inventory checks and coordinate with the Manager at the start and end of each shift.

• Ensure cleanliness of the Hot Cook area and all utensils, verifying the cleanliness of dishes before use.
• Follow the duty roster to meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Comply with local health department regulations.
• Keep the Char Grill clean and free of residue to maintain product quality and hygiene.

• Guarantee that Hot Choice Buffet items, including Display Cooking products, are consistently hot and fresh for guests.
• Understand and follow responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, assisting them with their selections.
• Maintain professional communication at all times.
