Speech Language Pathologist Position

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the dynamic Taylor, Texas area. As a leading healthcare staffing company, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the well-being of our employees.
Qualifications:- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for helping individuals with speech and language disorders reach their full potential
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities of clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
- Provide direct therapy services to clients with diverse needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support clients academic and social success
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress made by clients
