Responsibilities:

Passion for Nursing in a Supportive Environment

We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to become part of our Cardiac Progressive Care team. This unit is our largest inpatient area, featuring 64 monitored beds with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:3 or 1:4, depending on patient needs, focusing on moderate to high acuity cardiac patients. Given the high turnover of admissions and discharges, candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail while delivering outstanding patient care.

In this dynamic and collaborative setting, you will care for a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgery, step-down patients, and post-procedure cases. With the advanced techniques and varied cases you will encounter, a self-motivated team player eager to learn and contribute to the success of this cohesive team is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program is required
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the State of California is mandatory
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required
