Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team at CRMG. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for all aspects of apartment leasing, including answering phone calls, greeting and assisting residents, touring prospects, maintaining curb appeal, marketing units, and accurately preparing leases and other documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from potential residents
  • Greet and assist current residents with their needs and concerns
  • Conduct tours of available apartments and provide information about the community
  • Maintain the appearance of the community, including the exterior and interior of the buildings
  • Market available apartments through various channels, including social media and online listings
  • Prepare and process leases, rental agreements, and other documents
  • Collect and process rent payments and other fees
  • Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and preparing move-in/move-out reports
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
Requirements
  • One year of previous customer service experience
  • One year of previous property management, sales, or leasing agent experience
  • Basic knowledge of MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, motivation, and high energy
  • Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols
  • Possess a current and valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record
  • High School degree or equivalent
