  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing/undressing, in a safe and respectful manner.
  • Assist residents with meals and snacks, providing water and supplements as needed.
  • Support residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking, using proper transfer techniques and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of employment.
  • Ability to work a full-time evening shift, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Physical stamina to perform the duties of a CNA, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
