Job Title: Registered Nurse - ER, ICU, Med/Surg, OR (ERS)

Job Summary:

  • Assess and prioritize the urgent or emergent health needs of patients, collaborating with the medical team to develop a realistic plan of care.
  • Respond to inquiries of varying complexity, utilizing knowledge and understanding of established policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Utilize research, critical thinking, and follow-up skills to complete tasks, fact-checking information to verify and document accuracy.
  • Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, discretion, candor, and confidentiality in all interactions, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Protect patients' privacy through confidentiality, infection control procedures, and proper storage and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
  • Perform duties in a safe manner, adhering to corporate safety policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with contract requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing school.
  • Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as MS Office products.
  • Ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility in work requirements, including potential shift changes based on operational needs.
  • Willingness to travel, with occasional bending, stooping, and lifting required for patient care and transport.
