Harvest Specialist

Bolthouse Fresh Foods is seeking a skilled Harvest Worker to join our team. As a key member of our harvesting team, you will be responsible for assisting the Harvester Operator with various tasks to ensure the efficient and safe harvesting of crops.

• Clean and maintain harvest equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Assist with the setup and operation of harvesting equipment, including attaching and detaching farm implements
• Load and unload crops or containers of materials, using manual or mechanical means
• Perform light maintenance on harvesting equipment and assist with mechanical breakdowns
• Conduct quality control checks on harvested crops

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
