Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide visits to assess patient needs, update care plans, and perform therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing procedures as directed by the attending physician.
Responsibilities
- Provide visits to assess patient needs and update care plans
- Perform therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing procedures as directed by the attending physician
- Initiate communication with the attending physician and interdisciplinary team to coordinate optimal care
- Maintain accurate patient records, charts, progress notes, and reports
- Perform clinical pronouncement of death and provide support to family, as applicable to licensure
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a graduate degree from an accredited registered nursing program and licensed in the state
- At least one year of clinical practical nursing experience, preferably in intensive care, rehabilitation, or medical surgical nursing
- Home health experience preferred
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification
- Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance
