Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab RN

UnityPoint Health Finley Hospital is seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab RN to join our team. As a Cardiac Cath Lab RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' vital signs.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' cardiovascular health and develop plans to promote and restore their cardiovascular well-being.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, including pre-, intra-, and post-procedure education.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Critical Care setting.
  • Previous Cath Lab experience.
  • EPIC EMR system experience.
  • Apollo Documentation knowledge.
