**Job Title:** Drafting Technician

**Estimated Salary Range:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Drafting Technician to join our team at Planate Management Group. As a key member of our construction documentation team, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and detailed drawings of completed construction projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide AS Built drawings of completed construction projects
  • Create drawings reflecting all changes made during the construction process
  • Prepare reports and documentations
  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of drawings
  • Conduct thorough checks to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies in drafts
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or modifications promptly

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in drafting interior design or architecture for commercial and industrial buildings
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or REVIT is required
  • Ability to interpret Architectural/Engineering plans
  • Ability to review drawings for completeness and accuracy
