Job Title: Early Psychosis Outpatient Clinician, Fee For Service

The Eliot Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Clinician to provide evidence-based counseling for individuals experiencing early episode psychosis.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and mental health counselors, to provide comprehensive and collaborative treatment.

The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals diagnosed with psychosis and a strong commitment to trauma-informed and strengths-based practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete the Individual Resiliency Training (IRT) certification program and participate in biweekly supervision.
  • Provide assessment, IRT intervention, and MAPNET assessment batteries for data outcomes and treatment tracking.
  • Participate in early episode psychosis team meetings and collaborate with the team to meet NAVIGATE and DMH standards of care.
  • Provide crisis intervention, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment services using individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.
  • Document service delivery to high professional standards in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish effective working relationships with clients and utilize solution-based interventions to address specific problem areas.
  • Submit administrative and billing paperwork by the end of each business day.
Requirements:
  • MA or better in Social Work or related field.
  • LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure.
  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with psychosis preferred.
  • 1 year of experience with evidence-based therapy and willingness to learn evidenced-based treatment for early episodes of psychosis.

  • Competitive hourly rates: $32.52 (MA), $40.00 (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT), $35.00 (LCSW).
