As a PRN Infusion Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current NP state license in the state of practice
  • At least 4-5 years of advanced practice registered nursing (APRN) experience, with ambulatory and infusion nursing experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
