We are seeking a skilled CDL Truck Driver to join our team at Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company, Inc. As a CDL Truck Driver, you will be responsible for delivering merchandise to customer sites and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and deliver merchandise to customer sites in a safe and timely manner.
  • Operate a Company truck according to Company driving standards and maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
  • Adhere to Federal and Company fleet maintenance standards, inspecting the vehicle daily and reporting any mechanical issues.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork for delivery or pickup of merchandise, ensuring accurate documentation and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including warehouses, fences, and open areas.
  • Assist with loading and unloading merchandise, as well as operating a forklift as needed.
Requirements:
  • A valid commercial driver's license of the appropriate type and class issued by the state of residence.
  • A valid medical card.
  • Three to four years of related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift and/or move more than 100 pounds, as well as stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
