Compensation Information

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $72,000 to $77,000, depending on experience, location, and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, employees may be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Partner, working closely with warehouse management teams to support employee life cycles. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing HR support to location leadership on day-to-day issues and larger initiatives.
  • Executing HR strategies focused on employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborating with HRES/Employee Relations and location management on HR matters.
  • Supporting managers on hiring, termination, and employee data activities.
  • Ensuring effective onboarding and training for new employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three years or more of experience in HR areas such as organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development, and compensation.
  • Basic knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws.
  • Workday experience is preferred.
