Hair Color Bar Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Services Specialist to join our team at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all clients
• Manage front-of-house operations, including check-in, point of sale, and inventory management
• Act as a brand ambassador, educating clients on Madison Reed products and services
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and key performance indicators
• Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and asset security

Requirements:

• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and people skills
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this position, team members will regularly stand, walk for four plus consecutive hours; repetitive and regular bending and twisting at the waist; manipulating fingers and hands, bend and reach wrists and arms, reach with hands and arms or move up to ten pounds.

May occasionally sit, kneel, stoop, crouch, and lift, push, pull up to ten pounds. Additionally, team members will communicate regularly with guests via ongoing conversations and consultations.
