Position Overview

MAXISIQ is seeking a skilled Cellular / Radio Frequency Engineer to contribute to our initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Cellular and RF operations. This position is full-time and focuses on delivering innovative solutions to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead conceptual development, hardware/software specifications, simulations, and reference model creation while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Convert system-level and performance requirements into specifications for transmission line-up and features.
  • Assess critical requirements and conduct in-depth evaluations regarding their impact on metrics, timelines, and associated risks.
  • Tackle complex interdisciplinary challenges related to transmission systems and features.
  • Provide detailed specifications to guide hardware and software development, incorporating new technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
Qualifications:

Security Clearance:
  • Must possess an active/current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Spectrum Management, with a background in various cellular frequencies and coordination with license holders.
  • IAT III Certification - CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP.
  • Familiarity with FCC Experimental Special Temporary Authority Licensing applications or other FCC licensing processes.
  • Experience in coordinating and resolving spectrum conflicts to support training objectives.
