About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ruby on Rails developer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for designing and developing robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions using Ruby on Rails. This includes:

  • Designing and developing high-quality Ruby on Rails applications with strong focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensure timely delivery, and meet quality standards.
  • Maintaining and improving existing codebase, ensuring it remains up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and receiving feedback from others to continuously improve skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing scalable and secure web applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and data structures.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, API's, and Postman is required.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to debug complex issues and optimize application performance.

About the Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
