Cold Stone Creamery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and Develop Team Members: Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Delegate Tasks and Monitor Performance: Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their performance to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example, setting high standards for customer service and sales performance.
- Manage Inventory and Cash Handling: Ensure accurate inventory management and cash handling procedures are in place to minimize losses and maximize profits.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Schedule team members to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
Requirements:
