Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through phone outreach, networking, and various lead generation methods.
  • Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and successfully close sales.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other professionals.
  • Foster client relationships through regular follow-up communications.

Qualifications
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain follow-through.
  • Possess a career-oriented mindset.
