Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Cosmetic Product Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding individual sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and staying up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets by discovering guests' needs and making recommendations on cosmetic and skincare products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by listening to guests, asking questions, and learning about their needs.
  • Stay informed and participate in promotions and marketing initiatives within the brand.
  • Invite every guest to join Ultamate Rewards.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
