Responsibilities include:

  • Providing nursing care to residents with a focus on memory support and dementia care
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team

Requirements:

  • Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Idaho
  • Current CPR certification

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $30-$38 hourly rate, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new LPN/LVN graduates. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match.
