We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rolling Hills Hospital. As a part-time night shift RN, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure a safe and positive environment for patients, families, and employees.
Responsibilities- Provide medical management and assessment of patients, ensuring environmental safety and crisis management.
- Direct the implementation of behavior management programs and ensure consistent carry-through.
- Make patient and task assignments to subordinates and monitor their duties.
- Provide training and education to staff, patients, and families, and document patient care.
- Work with the treatment team to provide a consistently therapeutic milieu.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current Tennessee State Registered Nurse License.
- Current CPR certification (training provided).
- Current Handle With Care (HWC) certification (training provided).
- One year inpatient psychiatric experience with adults and adolescents preferred.
We offer a competitive compensation package, generous paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match. Additionally, you will receive a shift differential of $3 for weekend days, $4 for weeknights, and $7 for weekend nights.
