The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various physical conditions. This role involves utilizing therapeutic techniques to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and establish treatment goals.
- Design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient requirements.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide guidance on the use of assistive devices and community resources.
- Support patients in regaining functional abilities and improving their quality of life.
- Uphold the mission and values of SCL Health in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required.
- Must possess a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- At least one year of experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
Preferred Credentials:
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is advantageous.
- Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.

- Strong understanding of physical therapy methodologies and practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a keen analytical mindset.
- Demonstrated professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, standing, walking, and manual dexterity tasks.
