We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Nurse to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans for critically ill patients
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide general nursing care as needed
- Monitor and maintain accurate patient records, including test results and examination findings
- Respond to Code Blue situations and initiate protocols as necessary
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Health Care Provider certification (preferred)
- Prior acute care Registered Nurse experience (preferred)
