About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Marshalls. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage and interact with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.
  • Merchandising: Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
  • Recovery: Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Adaptability: Respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with peers and supervisors.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
