Project Superintendent

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall field supervision of a construction project and ensuring its successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction project field activities and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and other field staff to ensure completion of the project on time and on budget.
• Promote healthy relationships with ownership and consultants.
• Update the Project Manager or Senior Superintendent on the status of the project and performance of subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience in multi-family construction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detailed knowledge of the building industry.
• OSHA 30-hour and CPR/First-Aid certifications.
• Valid CA driver's license.

Salary:$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
