Kable Staffing is seeking a skilled Robot Picker to join our team in Springdale, OH. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity that offers a range of benefits and bonuses.
Job SummaryThe Robot Picker will be responsible for the efficient scanning, entering, and sorting of items within our warehouse environment. Utilizing advanced robotic systems and technology, the successful candidate will ensure that products are accurately identified, processed, and sorted to optimize warehouse operations and support high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate recording of scanned items in the inventory management system.
- Input item information into the inventory management system as directed by automated processes.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update the system in real-time.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to support inventory management and operational efficiency.
- Operate robotic systems to sort items based on predefined criteria.
- Ensure items are placed in the correct locations or bins according to the sorting instructions.
- Monitor the sorting process and address any issues or malfunctions with robotic equipment.
- Conduct regular checks on robotic systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating robotic systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and ensure efficient operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in robotics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
- Familiarity with robotic systems and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and scanning tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks associated with warehouse operations, including standing for extended periods and handling moderate to heavy items.
