Daily Responsibilities

As a Flexible Caregiver (CNA/HHA), your primary role will involve temporarily assisting clients. You will step in for other caregivers who are unable to fulfill their shifts for various reasons, such as illness. Your responsibility will be to cover these shifts until the regular caregiver returns.

The types of services provided to clients include:
  • Homemaking
  • Personal care
  • Respite care
  • Companionship for adults

CNA/HHA responsibilities encompass aiding clients with daily tasks such as bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
