Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at McCLARIN Composites. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and Receive Inbound Freight: Accurately receive and process inbound shipments, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Prioritize Daily Tasks: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain Safe and Proper Storage: Safely and properly store all goods and materials, including hazardous materials, to prevent damage and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Distribute Received Materials: Efficiently distribute received materials to the correct areas of the warehouse or manufacturing floor.
  • Prepare Goods for Shipping: Prepare goods for shipping, ensuring all necessary documentation and packaging is complete and accurate.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification or experience required.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued PTO and 9 paid holidays, plus 1 personal day.
  • Volunteer Time Off (VTO): 8 hours per year of VTO on the first pay period following 90 days of service.
