Job Summary

The Herb Packing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of herbs at our facility. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and package herbs according to company standards
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet quality and quantity goals
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including food safety protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Basic math skills
  • Good attendance record
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a cold warehouse environment (30-55°F)
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
