About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Medication Technician to join our team at Southbrook Nursing Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications to residents under the supervision of licensed staff
  • Provide direct care to residents, including personal hygiene, transferring, and assistance with activities of daily living
  • Recognize and report any changes in resident condition to charge supervisor
  • Accurately observe, record, and report resident care as indicated
  • Take vital signs and report abnormalities to supervisor as per Community policy
Requirements
  • Completion of a Certified Medication Tech Course approved by or adopted by the State of Missouri and hold a current Certificate
  • Minimum age of 16 with High school graduate or equivalent
