Key Responsibilities
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by medical orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to patients.
  • Medication Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of medication inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
  • Crisis Intervention: Collaborate with the Medical Director to respond to crisis situations, providing support and guidance to patients and staff.
  • Patient Monitoring: Observe patients during medication administration and induction, identifying any potential issues or concerns.
  • Incident Reporting: Document and report any critical incidents to the Medical Director, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  • Urine Drug Screens: Conduct urine drug screens as needed, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to state and federal guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Practical Nursing License from an accredited school.
  • Licensure: Valid NC nursing license.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a treatment team, maintaining high professional ethics and confidentiality.
  • Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification.
Work Environment
