RN Float Pool ICU Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool ICU team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Current National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Current National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification.
- One year of nursing experience in an ICU setting.
