Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Rehabilitation Staff Nurse, you will collaborate within a dedicated interdisciplinary team. Our committed rehabilitation team assists patients in returning to their functional lifestyles through personalized programs. You will empower patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals through programs tailored to their individual needs, delivered by highly skilled professionals in the Rocky Mountain region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in adapting to new lifestyles while fostering a therapeutic environment for both patients and their families.
  • Design and implement treatment strategies grounded in scientific nursing theory that promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health.
  • Work in an inpatient acute care setting.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or an active multi-state Registered Nurse license.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Preferred experience in Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, Neurology, Transitional Care Unit, or Medical-Surgical nursing.
