Key Responsibilities:
- Dispensing Medical Prescriptions: You will be responsible for filling prescription orders and making them available for verification under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
- Clerical Duties: You will perform various clerical duties, including ordering, receiving, and storing incoming pharmacy supplies, receiving and processing wholesaler medication orders, and verifying medication stock and entering data in computer to maintain inventory records.
- Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff, communicating effectively and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and maintain compliance with all federal and state requirements.
Requirements:
- Active Pharmacy Technician License: You must have an active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Minnesota.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification: You may have a National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Pharmacy and Prescription Data Entry Experience: You may have experience in pharmacy and prescription data entry.
