Blockchain Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled blockchain attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join our team at Veritas Legal Recruiting & Advising. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in matters related to new technology, with a focus on blockchain and non-fungible tokens.

The successful candidate will have expertise in finance, digital asset characterization and regulation, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, lending transactions, and intellectual property licensing and development. A top-tier law school degree and California Bar certification are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on blockchain and digital asset-related matters
• Develop and implement commercial contracts and agreements
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, lending transactions, and intellectual property licensing and development
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in blockchain and digital asset law
• Strong understanding of finance, commercial contracts, and intellectual property law
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• California Bar certification
