We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Services Director to lead our food service team at Five Star Senior Living. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of dining service members to ensure strong operational performance and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Develop effective working relationships with clients and team members to provide outstanding customer dining services and exceed expectations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct daily audits to ensure safety, sanitation, food quality, and meal delivery meet high standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Management: Maintain weekly operating reports to analyze performance and ensure financial goals are met.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Conduct regular meetings with guests to ensure satisfaction with dining services and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: BS/BA in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, Hotel/Restaurant/Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Certification: Certified Dietetic Manager Program (or state equivalent or degree equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years related experience at Dining Services Director level or equivalent.
