Responsibilities:- Hands-on Controls Specialist with a solid background in PLC and HMI programming, particularly with Allen-Bradley systems.
- 80% of time spent on the plant floor, troubleshooting, programming, and maintaining control systems.
- 20% dedicated to desk or office work, focusing on teaching and guiding others.
- 3-5+ years experience in a controls-focused role, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Proficient in PLC and HMI Programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
- Strong Electrical knowledge with a strong understanding of electrical schematics and control panel design.
