Lake Michigan Credit Union is seeking a highly experienced Mortgage Processing Team Lead to join our team. As a Mortgage Processing Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the pipeline, providing training support, and assisting individual processors with loan-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor reports to ensure pipeline management requirements are met.
  • Manage a small pipeline that meets all expectations based on staffing and current loan levels.
  • Provide training support for new hires and new processes.
  • Assist individual processors with loan, system, or process-related questions and issues.
  • Develop partnerships among departments with processing management.
