Senior Design Engineer, Land Development

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in valuable interactions with external clients to deliver exceptional site design services.
  • Perfect technical site design knowledge and hands-on plan preparation experience while sharing expertise with the team.
  • Design site plans for top brand name clients across various industries.
  • Immerse yourself in the project management lifecycle from initial project scoping through project closeout.
  • Partner with your manager to tailor your career path towards becoming a technical design expert or project/staff manager.

Requirements:
  • The ability to learn quickly, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic.
  • A passion for design and creative problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license a plus.
  • Experience in site civil design.
  • Practical experience with civil engineering technology (AutoCAD Civil3D).
