Position Overview

Physicians Practice Enhancement LLC is in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Emergency Medicine Specialist for a part-time Nocturnist role.

As a Nocturnist, you will benefit from the support of Advanced Practice Clinicians (APC) during your shifts.

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 12 PM to 8 AM.

Patient Care: The average daily census remains manageable, ensuring a focused approach to patient care.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage a variety of urgent medical conditions and traumas.
  • Execute medical interventions, including airway management and pharmacological treatments.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
  • React promptly to medical crises, demonstrating efficiency and expertise.
  • Apply extensive medical knowledge to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Emergency Medicine.
  • Board certification in Emergency Medicine is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid medical license in New Jersey.
