Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safe passage of students at designated crossing points.
  • Remain vigilant to environmental hazards, including traffic and construction.
  • Communicate effectively with children regarding safety protocols.
  • Utilize traffic control devices, such as stop signs and cones, to manage vehicle flow.
  • Report any safety concerns or hazards to supervisory personnel.

Essential Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess valid legal documentation to work in the United States.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Have completed high school or obtained a GED.
  • No disqualifying criminal history.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Be available for training and crossing assignments during school hours.
  • Demonstrate good vision and hearing capabilities.
