Position Overview:

We are seeking a Masonry Foreman to lead our team in commercial brick and block construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a group of masons, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your expertise in reading blueprints, coordinating with various professionals, and enforcing safety protocols will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of masons in commercial masonry projects.
  • Interpret blueprints and ensure precise execution of masonry tasks.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors.
  • Supervise the installation of bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and mentor junior masons.
