Key Responsibilities
  • Order Selection and Fulfillment: Select and prepare customer orders with precision and accuracy, ensuring timely and damage-free delivery.
  • Warehouse Operations: Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the management of inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels and movements.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the integrity and quality of products being processed.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment, with the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ pounds of product repetitively.
  • Availability: Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday, with occasional weekend and holiday shifts.
  • Experience: Recent experience in high endurance or highly physical activity, or a role with similar demands, is preferred.
