• Greeting and Engaging with Members

Welcome and engage with every member who enters the studio, providing a positive and energetic experience.

Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our fitness programs to prospective members, highlighting the unique aspects of our studio.

Manage the front desk, answering phone calls, responding to member inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Provide guided tours of the studio, introducing members to our facilities and services.

Collaborate with our trainers to ensure a seamless experience for new members, guiding them through their first Orangetheory workout.

Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales, promoting our programs and services to potential clients.

Respond to member concerns, providing professional and objective support to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Participate in marketing events and activities, helping to promote our studio and services to the local community.

Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive and inviting environment for members.
