Our commitment to excellence guarantees a high level of customer satisfaction through proficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and proactively identify potential issues to ensure equipment reliability.
- Diagnose and repair various HVAC and refrigeration systems effectively.
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers to accurately identify required components for repairs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address issues and propose suitable solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of daily documentation and service reports.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience and Skills Required:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Vocational or Associate Degree in mechanical systems, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Possession of EPA universal certification.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for operating company vehicles.
- Flexibility in scheduling and availability for on-call duties is essential.
- Ability to pass pre-employment substance screening and background checks.
- A strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
Physical Requirements:
- Work primarily performed outdoors, with some tasks in an office setting.
- Hand-eye coordination is necessary for operating computers and office equipment.
- Regularly required to use hands for various tasks and to reach with arms.
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, climbing, and balancing are required.
- Must be capable of climbing ladders and working at heights.
- Occasional lifting of up to fifty (50) pounds is necessary.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
Work is typically conducted in outdoor weather conditions, near moving mechanical parts, and in elevated or precarious locations. Exposure to wet and humid conditions, airborne particles, and confined spaces may occur.
